Groundbreaking of Culinaroma Production Facility Expansion

Cileungsi, 17 November 2022—PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional, a member of Indesso Group, expanded its production facility for the fourth time in Cileungsi. The groundbreaking of the 5,400 m2 building is conducted today (17/11), and the completion is anticipated in October 2023. This expansion aims to accommodate the business growth of seasonings, savory ingredients, and beverage powder for both the industrial and Foodservice sectors.


Products of Culinaroma are widely applied in numerous consumer products such as noodle seasonings, ready-to-use seasonings, snacks, to beverage premix. "With this expansion, we expect our production capacity to reach 16,000 tons annually by 2030," said Sulistyo Eko, the Operation Director of PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional. Culinaroma will dedicate the new facility for base powder production.


The expansion will also contribute to the local workforce absorption, with an estimated 50% additional workers required to operate the new facility. Culinaroma's business growth is supported by the growth rate of Indonesia's food and beverage sector. While other sectors experienced a decline, the food and beverage industry has shown positive growth.
