Thermal processed powders are the advanced products of chicken/beef extracts, modified using the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that allows precise control of important parameters such as time, pH, temperature, and pressure inside the high pressure reactor. The processes trigger the Maillard reaction (browning process) to occur which in turn increases the intensity of the meaty and umami taste of the extracts.
